Star Rating Calculator

Plan your next review push: see how many high-star reviews raise your average, or compute a weighted rating from your star breakdown.

72

You need about 72 additional 5-star reviews to reach 4.5.

Any “revenue impact” figures you see elsewhere are rough marketing estimates—not financial advice. Focus on the review math above.

“How many 5-stars to hit 4.5?” should not need a spreadsheet

Owners set rating goals without the math. Guessing leads to unrealistic campaigns—or giving up too early when a few strong reviews would move the needle.

FAQ

Does this guarantee Google will show that rating?

No. It is arithmetic on the averages and counts you enter. Google’s public rating can lag or filter reviews.

Should I only chase 5-star reviews?

Ask for honest reviews. The calculator models 5-star volume for planning; real programs should still address service issues behind low ratings.

Where do I get my current rating and count?

From your Google Business Profile or Maps listing. Review Audit in the extension can pull review data for deeper analysis.
